WONDERBRA GLAMOUR PRIZE DRAW

1. Participation signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions, including the instructions to this promotion which form part of these terms and conditions.
2. Open to residents of the UK and Ireland aged 18 or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
3. Purchase is not necessary. To enter the promotion, visit Wonderbra.co.uk and enter via the competition page.
4. The promotion is open for entry from 1st February 2012 to Tuesday 7th February 2012, the closing date. Only one entry per person. All entries must be received by the closing date. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries not properly completed or received due to technical, communication or other problems.
5. One winning entry will each receive a full set of the Glamour line - including push up bra, balconette bra, thong, shortie and suspender belt.
6. The size, colour and style of any of the Wonderbra products are subject to stock availability and if not available, the nearest alternative will be provided.
7. Prize is non-transferable and non-refundable and there are no cash alternatives.
8. The draw will be supervised by an independent judge. The draw will take place and the winners will be notified within 30 days after the closing date.
9. Prizes must be claimed within 60 days of the date of notification, otherwise the prize may be forfeited at the Promoter’s discretion.
10. For the name and county of the prize winners, send a stamped SAE to the Promoter’s address set out below, marked “Winner – Wonderbra Valentines Competition”.
11. Winners may be required to participate in publicity at the Promoter’s sole discretion, including use of their names, geographic location and pictures and entry into this Promotion signifies the entrant’s consent to such use.

In the event that DBAPPAREL UK does not enforce any of its rights under these Conditions, it shall not be construed as a waiver of any of DBAPPAREL UK’s rights, or as a waiver of the application of any of your obligations in these Conditions.

IF ANY PART OF THESE CONDITIONS SHALL BE DEEMED INVALID, VOID OR FOR ANY REASON UNENFORCEABLE BY A COURT OF COMPETENT JURISDICTION, THAT PART SHALL BE DEEMED SEVERABLE AND SHALL NOT AFFECT THE VALIDITY AND ENFORCEABILITY OF ANY REMAINING PART OF THESE CONDITIONS.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

You shall be responsible for ensuring that you have obtained all third party consents required in connection with the use of your Contribution as stated above, including the consent of any third party appearing in the Contribution, and you hereby warrant that your Contribution does not infringe any third party intellectual property rights, does not violate any proprietary right, privacy rights, or any other third party right, is not defamatory or libellous and is in compliance with all applicable law and regulation. You agree to indemnify DBAPPAREL UK and its affiliates, agents and representatives from and against any costs, expenses, loss or liability whatsoever, including without limitation incurred pursuant to any third party claim, arising out of or in connection with your Contribution.
