Wonderbra - Website Registration - Terms and Conditions

1. Participation signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions, including the instructions to this promotion which form part of these terms and conditions.
2. To have a chance of winning, simply sign up to Wonderbra’s marketing database within the promotion period by registering your details in the ‘Sign up for updates’ section of www.wonderbra.co.uk and you will be automatically entered into the prize draw with all other entrants who have signed up in that month.
3. Open to all residents of the UK aged 18 or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of Promoter, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
4. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries not properly completed or received due to technical, communication or other problems.
5. The promotion is being run on a monthly basis from the first day to the last day of the month you enter in. Promoter may extend the closing date for further months, at its discretion.
6. During the promotion period, a prize draw will be held monthly and all valid entries received in the previous month will automatically be entered. Each entry will only be entitled to participate in one prize draw.
7. A winner will be drawn each month. Each winner will receive £100 (based on RRP) worth of free Wonderbra lingerie. The exact size, colour and style of the prizes will be at the Promoter’s discretion. If the winners’ selected sizes are not available, the Promoter shall supply the nearest size that is available. Prize is non-transferable and non-refundable and there are no cash alternatives.
8. Winners will be notified promptly after each prize draw. For the names and counties of the prize winners, send a stamped SAE to the Promoter’s address set out below, marked “Winners – Wonderbra Website Registration”.
9. Winners may be required to participate in publicity at the Promoter’s sole discretion, including use of their names, geographic location and pictures, and entry into this Promotion signifies the Participant’s consent to such use.
